Practical & Magical Tools for Releasing Anxiety ~Free Virtual Event
Are you wide awake at night worried about something?
Do you wake up feeling anxious?
Come and learn some Practical & Magical tools to release your anxiety from a Japanese Reiki Master Teacher.
With all the changes that happened past couple years, you are not the only one who is anxious, worried and/or stressed out.
I have been helping people with anxiety since 2006. And I went through a few changes in my lifestyle and had a period of heavy anxiety in January. I was so anxious all I wanted was to sleep so I didn’t need to deal with my life. I haven’t felt that low in over a decade. And then I remembered that I am an anxiety releasing expert.
I took some steps I knew would help and got out of it.
While I was at it, I kept track of what I did so I can share it with people who may be struggling with anxiety.
You will learn some Practical & Magical tools including some Reiki tools that you can use for rest of your life.
You will be offered a group spiritual blessing/attunement at the end of the event.
All are welcome, from newbies to Reiki Master Teachers. If you are a Reiki practitioner, come to reconnect with Reiki. If you are new, it’s a perfect way to experience and be introduced to Reiki.
Pre-registration required to receive the link for the event.
Reiki is a natural healing technique in which the practitioner directs this Universal Life energy to the client using a non-invasive, stress-reducing technique.
The gentle laying of hands is practiced, either directly on a patient’s fully-clothed body or resting a few inches above the body.
