I haven’t felt that low in over a decade. And then I remembered that I am an anxiety releasing expert.\nI took some steps I knew would help and got out of it.\nWhile I was at it, I kept track of what I did so I can share it with people who may be struggling with anxiety.\nYou will learn some Practical & Magical tools including some Reiki tools that you can use for rest of your life.\nYou will be offered a group spiritual blessing/attunement at the end of the event.\nAll are welcome, from newbies to Reiki Master Teachers.
